Heart & Life is a static reading website. You can browse the guides without an account or submitting personal information.

What the website itself collects

The site has no contact form, comments, account system, newsletter, or other feature that asks you to send information. It does not set cookies or use browser storage. No advertising code, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or external font services are installed.

Reading an example or considering a reflection question does not submit an answer anywhere. All article text and illustrations are served as part of this site.

Hosting and technical requests

Cloudflare hosts the website. Delivering pages and operating and protecting its services may involve processing technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times. These infrastructure activities are separate from the features of this website.
